We offer FREE & FAST international shipping as standard shipping to most countries. (For example, Europe, North America, South America, Australia, Southeast Asia and parts of Asia.). Here below is a list of shipping times for major countries/ region:

In the unlikely event that you have not received your parcel within a delivery time estimated above and you have not been contacted regarding your delivery by one of our shipping couriers, please get in touch with us and we will investigate your delivery on your behalf.

Expedited Paid Express Delivery:
We also offer an expedited paid express delivery option for saving delivery times via DHL/ FedEx.
The cost of this paid shipping method depends on the express service you choose and the country/region you are in (the cost is between $30-$45). This information and courier service options will be displayed on the order payment page.
The arrival time depends on the shipping company.It usually takes about 3-7 business days.
Note: since the logistics is undertaken by FedEx/DHL, the update of the logistics information will be delayed for 3-4 days. Please wait patiently. If the tracking number comes out, we will send it to you by email as soon as possible.
Processing Time

Before the shipping, normally it will be processed within 24 hours, but please allow us 1-3 business days for processing your order, timing depends on the actual situation
(Public Holidays/Weekends excluded) - Processing time may be delayed if your shipping address is questionable and your order is flagged as a risk(we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information). We may require proof of identification for the billing information received.
Shipping Details
- You will receive the first email notification of the shipping details once the parcel has been shipped.
- The tracking number will be sent out to your email 1-2 working days after you received the first notification email.

If you do not live in a secure location please be wise about the shipping method you chose as standard mail couriers will not require a signature and packages will be left and any "secure" location deems fit to the mail carrier.
- To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. Carlinkit Mall is not responsible for reaching out to the customer, nor pay the additional charges to re-ship the package.
- A restocking fee will be charged if you do not claim your item and it is returned. The charge will be 19% of the total charge per item.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to Carlinkit Mall, it is typically due to insufficient address information. Your package will be returned and “Returned to Sender” will be stated on your tracking information. This can happen if:
-The shipping address does not exist
- The shipping address is misspelled
- The shipping address is missing information (i.e. apt/bldg/suite number)
- The carrier is unable to safely deliver the package
- The addressee has moved
- The addressee has refused the package
Carlinkit Mall, USPS, FedEx, DHL and other express carrier are not responsible for incorrect addresses inputted by the customers. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we'll issue a refund (not including shipping charges nor handling charges). We will not re-ship orders that carriers return to us as undeliverable. If you still want to purchase items that were undeliverable, place a new order on our website. If you suspect your order can't be delivered as addressed, and you haven't received confirmation of its return or refund four weeks after from the estimated delivery date, contact us carlinkitmall@gmail.com.
Taxes and Duties
- You may be charged import duties and taxes by your local customs authority when your parcel is received into your country. Legally these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Duties rates vary depending on the value of the goods, what they are made of and where they are made. Importantly, all countries have different rules regarding this so we are unable to tell you exactly what duties you may be required to pay as this is determined on import by local customs officials. You will not always be required to pay duties or import tax, but it is important that you make yourself aware of the duties that apply in your country in case you are charged to avoid any surprises.
