Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. ( If 30 days have gone by since the delivery day, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.)

What is your return policy?

• Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from carlinkitmall.com.
• To start a return, you can contact us at carlinkitmall@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your order number or proof of purchase.
• If you decide to return an item, we will deduct a 19% restocking fee from the amount you have paid if we didn't make mistakes with your order, which is not less than $15.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. （And Expedited Express Shipping is an additional service, and we won't refund the fees.）

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your product doesn't work please contact with us at carlinkitmall@gmail.com. If we will not help with it we provide you a refund based on this policy.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at carlinkitmall@gmail.com. with a request (please mention the reason).
• If the items has any quality problem, we will exchange the item for you. If the item exchange cannot resolve the problem, we will propose a return to arrange a refund.
• If the return is due to our mistakes (such as damaged or incorrect goods received by the consumer), the consumer does not have to bear the shipping cost. (The return shipping cost will be refunded based on a valid return receipt)

Refunds

• If the product can not work with your car which is in our list of compatible models, we will guarantee a 100% refund of the item after we receive the returned item without being damaged or tarnished.
• If for any reason the customer decides that the item is no longer needed (not the seller's fault). Your refund will be reduced by a restocking charge equal to 19% of the total purchase cost.
• We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at carlinkitmall@gmail.com.

Cancel Orders:

• Generally speaking, your order will be shipped within 24 hours.
• If you want to cancel your order for some reason, you have to CONTACT US carlinkitmall@gmail.com. within 5 hours of placing the order, provide the order number and explain the reason, so the warehouse can hold the fulfillment process and be able to refund you before the package was shipped.
• Please noted that once the package is fulfilled and sent out from the warehouse, we can't cancel your order.
