Orders & Shipping

How fast does it ship? Where does it ship from?

Normally, orders placed will ship in 24 hours other than Saturday or Sunday. But please allow us 1-3 business days to process your order, and all orders are shipped from our office in China.

*International orders will vary depending on the shipping carrier selected at checkout.

Where can I track the status of my order?

You can track your order using our Tracker Order.

You can find your # in the order confirmation email.

Go to your email inbox and look for "Carlinkit". If you can't find it in your inbox, please also check your spam/ promotions folder or email us.

What should I do if I need to change something in my order?

You can email us to change your order within the first 5 hours if your order has not yet been shipped. Keep in mind that most orders during business hours are picked and packed within 5 hours.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and desired shipping speed/carrier. (Standard Shipping
